Teaching
With over 25 years’ experience in adult education, I have supported nursing colleagues through many years of in-house teaching and practice education, delivering workshops and courses in a range of settings. I have been involved with course development including the OCN Foundation Course in Anthroposophic Nursing, the Crossfields Quality Mark Introductory and Foundation Courses in Anthroposophic Health Care, and the Crossfields Quality Mark Foundation Course in Rhythmical Einreibung. I have also been a guest tutor on several courses including the Quietude practitioner training at Emerson College, Sussex.
I can offer a range of educational opportunities:
Training in Rhythmical Einreibung
From short taster sessions, day workshops or longer professional courses. I am both a Practitioner and a Trainer in this gentle therapeutic massage. I love to share my knowledge and skill in this technique with everyone from beginners to advanced levels.
Anthroposophic Nursing External Applications
As an Anthroposophic Nurse Specialist with many years of hands-on experience, I am well-placed to deliver engaging, participative workshops in this field. Whether it is a practical session for the public on managing winter ailments, working with fellow professionals at Weleda UK or delivering in-depth sessions on the English Training in Anthroposophic Medicine at Emerson College, sessions can be tailored to meet your specific requirements, including footbaths, armbaths, inhalations and compresses.
M Technique ®
As a Certified M Technique ® Instructor UK, I can offer training in this versatile touch therapy. Examples include Four-hour Hand & Foot Course for Hospices and Two-day Whole Body Practitioner training.
